Highly Motivated Outbound Sales Advisors Required

We are actively seeking 3 x experienced sales professionals.

As a digital agency we offer all aspects of digital marketing for SME’s and sole traders, we are looking to grow our customer base substantially over the next 12 months through our diverse product portfolio. Based on the outskirts of Hanley town centre we offer a lively and vibrant office environment with a supportive team committed to achieving results for our customers.

The ideal candidates will have a passion for sales with a proven track record of achieving targets. We are looking for business to business salespeople with a solid understanding of outbound dialling, fact finding, ROI close and the ability to build strong relationships. Ideally you will have experience within digital marketing, advertising sales or directory sales, although ideal, this is not a must. A strong understanding of websites, SEO, PPC, social media is desirable.

This position would suit an established well rounded sales person with a flair for creativity, enthusiasm for problem solving for our clients, high attention to detail and willingness to stay up to date with key industry trends. You will have direct input in design briefs on website creation, delivering the finished product to your clients and working with your client base to identify opportunities where we can help further achieve business goals.

A knowledge of digital products such as websites, mobile apps, SEO and social media marketing or a strong background in media/advertising sales is advantageous, however applicants who can demonstrate strong sales ability in other industries with proof of results will be considered.

You will be responsible for building your pipeline using outbound cold calling/social media channels to identify opportunities, after successfully demonstrating your ability to self-generate sales you will be provided with leads direct from our in-house lead generation team.

We offer a great commission structure with on target earnings being around £833 per month, we expect strong candidates to comfortably achieve and overachieve.

Social Media Manager

As a well-established agency with a growing client base made up of clients from all walks of life, we are looking for a Social Media Manager to strengthen our team based in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent.

We are a fast passed agency offering a full suite of digital marketing services to our clients. We are now looking to super charge our social media offering.

We are looking for a candidate who lives and breathes all things social, with a keen sense to learn, progress and contribute ideas on best practices and ideas to drive our business and our client’s forward. Whilst developing your social skills we offer you the chance to hone your table football skills, enhance your darting technique, or relax and pay some attention to our ever-demanding office dog!

We feel this role really lends itself to a truly social and media master. Visiting clients premises you will capture, craft and create truly unique and quirky content to enable us to deliver a uniquely blended social media campaign. We envisage you going out into the big wide world carrying out surveys, questionnaires, content creation as you see fit, maybe interviewing customers or team members, your imagination needs to run wild and deliver content that you can then manage through all social media channels to gain organic and paid for growth.

You will be experienced in running all types of paid for adverts across various social media platforms with a keen sense of ROI.

The role will include video editing and social post creation, so knowledge of Adobe products and graphic design is required.

You have a solid grounding/working experience in paid social media, specifically on Facebook Ads and delivering reports based around campaign details.

Essential Criteria
  • Experience creating engaging multimedia and graphic design content using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, or native social media platform tools.
  • Proven digital marketing experience in a communications or marketing role that includes social media content creation and community management.
  • Experience using brand guidelines and translating them into different content formats which represent the brand visually and the brand values.
  • Excellent communication and marketing skills, both in written and verbal form.
  • Experience managing organic, influencer and paid social media marketing for a physical or online brand.
  • Ability to communicate with clients at all levels
  • Expert understanding of social media platforms and latest trends.
  • Excellent copy writing skills.
  • Friendly, outgoing and confident with lots of energy and enthusiasm

Graphic Designer

An opportunity has arisen for a Graphic Designer to join our team based in Hanley town centre.

Our office include a showroom showcasing both Digital and Print products catering to all business sectors from both B2B and B2C sectors.

The right candidate will be confident and carry the ability to communicate at all levels delivering ideas and concepts to current and potential new clients with an air of creativity and flair.

Your natural interest and passion for all things design and design related will mean you are up to date with current styles and trends. We are looking for the ability to create eye catching designs whilst conisdering call to actions, interest and conversions in both print and digital media.

An all round creative flair is a must!

Essential Skills

Experience creating: Website mock ups, Flyer design, Social media graphics

Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator with a basic understanding of HTML and CSS and how this impacts design.

After Effects for motion graphics and video content

Commercial experience in print design and template layouts ready for print.

Ability to work under your own initiative, collaborate with team members and communicate with clients.

Razor sharp attention to detail in both design, spelling and grammar.

Desired Skills

  • WordPress and other CMS based platforms.
  • HTML, CSS programming languages.
  • UX/UI with wireframing using relevant software such as InVision.
  • PPC
  • Social Media Management

Role Responsibilities

Working with our current client base to deliver various marketing and advertising campaigns, you will create digital graphics, landing page designs, social media posts, marketing videos and a wide range of print.

Ensuring print flies meet template requirements ready for submission to our suppliers.

Communicate with new clients to gain and understanding of design requirements to create bespoke website designs with an understanding of a mobile first environment.

Logo creation, brand standards.

You will be capable of working to budget and achieve deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in graphic design or a similar design qualification and or will have gained at least 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced commercial environment.
