Highly Motivated Outbound Sales Advisors Required
We are actively seeking 3 x experienced sales professionals.
As a digital agency we offer all aspects of digital marketing for SME’s and sole traders, we are looking to grow our customer base substantially over the next 12 months through our diverse product portfolio. Based on the outskirts of Hanley town centre we offer a lively and vibrant office environment with a supportive team committed to achieving results for our customers.
The ideal candidates will have a passion for sales with a proven track record of achieving targets. We are looking for business to business salespeople with a solid understanding of outbound dialling, fact finding, ROI close and the ability to build strong relationships. Ideally you will have experience within digital marketing, advertising sales or directory sales, although ideal, this is not a must. A strong understanding of websites, SEO, PPC, social media is desirable.
This position would suit an established well rounded sales person with a flair for creativity, enthusiasm for problem solving for our clients, high attention to detail and willingness to stay up to date with key industry trends. You will have direct input in design briefs on website creation, delivering the finished product to your clients and working with your client base to identify opportunities where we can help further achieve business goals.

A knowledge of digital products such as websites, mobile apps, SEO and social media marketing or a strong background in media/advertising sales is advantageous, however applicants who can demonstrate strong sales ability in other industries with proof of results will be considered.
You will be responsible for building your pipeline using outbound cold calling/social media channels to identify opportunities, after successfully demonstrating your ability to self-generate sales you will be provided with leads direct from our in-house lead generation team.
We offer a great commission structure with on target earnings being around £833 per month, we expect strong candidates to comfortably achieve and overachieve.
