Response Times
We aim to acknowledge all customer enquiries within 1 working day of receipt. For straightforward requests such as DNS changes or nameserver updates, we aim to action these within 2 working days. More complex issues will be acknowledged within the same timeframe, and we will provide an estimated resolution time at that point.
What You Can Expect From Us
We will communicate clearly and keep you informed at every stage. If we are unable to resolve your issue within the estimated timeframe, we will let you know and explain why. All domain renewals and registrations are processed promptly upon receipt of payment. We maintain accurate records of all domains under our management and will notify you in advance of upcoming renewal dates.

It is important that the contact information associated with your domain remains accurate and current. If your details change, please let us know so we can update your records accordingly. Under Nominet’s policies, domain registrations require valid and up-to-date registrant information.
